Veteran Engineer and Sales Executives Impact Customers

Scottsdale, AZ, October 11, 2005 — GlobeNet Technologies, an advanced and scalable sales distribution channel management and EIM solutions provider, today announced the hire of H. Steele Price, IV as Vice President of Engineering and Development and Murray S. Goodman as Director of Sales. These veteran executives bring more than 50 years of combined technology, sales and marketing expertise to the GlobeNet team. Both new hires report directly to Damian M. G. Kuolt, GlobeNet founder and CEO.

Steele Price brings more than 20 years of experience to GlobeNet. Steele will contribute to the strategic technological direction of GlobeNet as well as manage all engineering and development staff. In addition, he will cultivate key partnerships and strategic alliances with various industry technology vendors and ensure the Company’s vision is reflected in future GlobeNet products and services. Prior to GlobeNet, Steele served at various technology companies in roles ranging from lead developer and Chief Technology Officer to President and CEO, and has been awarded the distinguished honor of being named a Microsoft MVP.

Murray Goodman’s professional sales management career has spanned almost 30 years, having served more than 35 companies in both the public and private sector. Murray will provide strategic sales and marketing counsel, and work with GlobeNet’s executive team to highlight competitive advantages, drive sales initiatives and garner new client wins. Prior to GlobeNet, Murray worked with Omega Legal Systems, DesertLitho, EDT Learning (ilinc), ProSoft Training and CallPointe.com.
