Since 1993, the Company has developed and implemented high-performance sales compensation solutions for more than eighty customers worldwide, with a particular focus on business environments requiring massive scalability, the flexibility to handle multiple complex plans, and the ability to quickly and easily make changes without custom programming.
The technology was originally designed to meet the extreme requirements of Direct Selling companies (e.g., Herbalife, Mary Kay, NuSkin, etc), which typically have hundreds of thousands to over a million of representatives, selling a broad array of products and services, and processing millions of transactions. To address these challenges, GlobeNet developed products providing massive scalability, accuracy, flexibility, and rapid processing speeds well beyond the capabilities of other solutions.
In 2003 GlobeNet began marketing efforts to bring its best-of-breed point-solution to select opportunities within Financial Services and Insurance verticals. These efforts, against a field of 27 competitors, resulted in being awarded a contract with State Farm for its Mutual Funds division. In the second half 2004 GlobeNet was chosen by Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company to provide all three segments of their Enterprise Marketing Foundation Program: Agency Administration, Planning and Incentive Compensation. The ongoing success of this implementation was followed by another win at Assurant Healthcare.
GlobeNet is currently expanding its reach to other vertical markets where managing distribution channels and processing variable compensation is a critical component of a company’s success. The initial focus on Insurance and Financial Services has now been expanded to Telecommunications, Media and Entertainment, Publishing, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and Technology, where GlobeNet’s strengths are a superb match for the demanding requirements of large and mid-sized companies.
When put through a rigorous selection process, GlobeNet has been chosen over all competitors at such places as State Farm, Fireman’s Fund and Assurant Health.
