Product Catalog and Transaction Management – FireStorm allows the user to associate unlimited products (codes, descriptions, price points and currencies) with service centers, warehouses and sales channels, while simultaneously managing all data necessary to link imported transactions to respective compensation rules.
Multi-Currency – FireStorm supports unlimited currencies, and other reward media such as frequent flyer miles and hotel points in a single database for seamless global processing. It also supports ‘Global’ Compensation Plans that require adjustments for inflation, exchange rates and taxation in the currency of each transaction.
Multi-Lingual – FireStorm supports strings, labels and column headings on every user screen and reports can be generated for the 29 languages and multiple additional dialects in the GlobeNet system.
Single Sign-on – Roles and rights are managed within FireStorm allowing for logons from outside an SSO environment. Through a UI, FireStorm is supported by Active Directory and/or Web Services.
Audit Trail – Offers user a full history and the ability to track all data changes.
