Milton G. Kuolt II
Chairman of the Board/CEO
Mr. Kuolt is a strategist for the corporate and organizational development of GlobeNet Software. His business interests developed directly out of college when he joined Boeing and, among other auspicious projects, served as Business Planning Manager of the 737 project. He then went on to be founder of two corporations, Thousand Trails, Inc., a twenty-seven year old Private Membership Campground, and Horizon Airlines, a regional airline in the Pacific Northwest (later acquired by Alaska Airlines), both which he took public. Presently Mr. Kuolt also serves on the Executive Boards of several companies where he is an active presence in their strategic planning and development.
Damian M. G. Kuolt III
President, Co-Founder and Chief Evangelist
Prior to founding GlobeNet, Damian specialized in operations and compensation consulting for companies undergoing process reorganization as well as start-up companies. As a consultant to the Direct Selling Industry, he helped launch USANA by Gull Laboratory, new business expansion in Latin American markets for CIGNA Insurance and A.I.G. International. He also served as 'consulting' CEO to Quorum during the reorganization of their international operations. During the years of consulting on strategic plans and the organization of foreign operations internationally for Direct Selling companies, he provided the vision for creating the product that GlobeNet now brings to a number of vertical industries.
Melvyn R. Kays, C.P.A.
Executive Vice President & CFO
Mel's life long experiences in corporate financial management include 10 years with Touche Ross where he managed private and public audits for government agencies and financial institutions, and designed management, financial, and inventory control systems. Some of his career highlights include Corporate Controller and CFO for Tally Corporation, Thousand Trails, Inc., and Horizon Airlines, Inc. With degrees in Business Administration and Economics, he is the driving force behind GlobeNet Technology's financial decision-making strategies.
H. Steele Price, IV
Vice President, Engineering & Development
Steele has more than 20 years of high-tech experience, gained at various technology companies in roles ranging from lead developer and Chief Technology Officer to President and CEO. Recently recognized for his technical mastery, Steele has been awarded MVP by Microsoft, a designation that marks him as one of the top ASP.Net experts in the world. Steele contributes to GlobeNet’s strategic technological advancements and leads the engineering and development staff. In addition, he cultivates key partnerships and strategic alliances with various industry technology vendors and ensures the GlobeNet’s vision is reflected in all products and services.
Richard Wood
Director, Professional Services
Dick manages the GlobeNet team that turns a customer’s software purchase into an integrated production system. He has worked in the system and software development industry for more than 25 years; on large and small systems; in commercial, government, and defense applications; as a developer, manager, and engineering process specialist. He has planned and managed a wide variety of system development projects. Projects ranged in size from several thousand lines of code to hundreds of thousands, and in scope from batch systems to real-time and embedded control systems implemented in numerous programming languages targeted for a variety of platforms. He also established and led a highly visible and extremely effective software process improvement program during his 10 years with Computer Sciences Corporation, on a large systems support contract for NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center.
Robert Cody
Director, Operations
Bob comes to GlobeNet from several years at DHL where he managed the product development lifecycle, including teams of employees, contractors and offshore resources for Air & Ocean Freight Logistics and US Express Import/Export projects. Prior to that, Bob served as a Senior Consultant and Manager for Unity Software Systems where he gained consulting, mentoring, and training expertise in a variety of business domains including Insurance, Special Education and Criminal Justice.. His years at Object Technology International and Bull Information Systems gave him a strong background in in development methodology, problem solving and customer service. He brings to GlobeNet a strong technical background and as well as significant product lifecycle management which enhances the Company’s ability to deliver superb software and the customer service that supports it.
Robert Young
Director, Compensation System Architecture
Bob is a seasoned designer, developer, and instructor, with over 15 years experience creating innovative solutions. He began his career as controller for a multi-million dollar sales firm, acquiring an in-depth understanding of common business system issues. Since then, he has designed and developed applications for small-, medium-, and large-sized companies on a wide variety of platforms and for a broad spectrum of needs. He has authored and taught several database design and system design methodologies, and has been a guiding force in the design of GlobeNet’s database and FireStorm calculation engine. His unique perspective helps keep GlobeNet’s architecture flexible and optimal, regardless of the project size.
Aman Choudhary
General Manager, GlobeNet India
Aman has a solid technology background and is also well versed with the engineering processes of complex software development. After interning at GlobeNet while his degree in Computer Science, Aman spent several years at Oracle Corporation where he held various management positions. At Oracle, he worked on next generation security technologies. Aman's latest position at Oracle, was in the Services division, where he was instrumental in setting up Follow The Sun 24/7 Global Customer Support Process out of Oracle's offices in USA, Europe and India. Aman also holds industry certifications from Sun, Oracle & Cisco. His responsibility at GlobeNet, is to run GlobeNet India and continue to offer world class support to GlobeNet Customers
Ebrahim Nalwala
Manager of Technical Services, GlobeNet India
Ebrahim has a deep consulting experience with years of experience managing complex consulting projects. After interning at GlobeNet while pursuing his degree, Ebrahim spent several years running internet development for Invisaline’s world wide operations. Next he was recruited by Onyx Corporation, the leading CRM Software Solution Provider. where he was responsible for implementations at Starbucks, Shield, AMR and various other fortune 500 companies. Ebrahim has a passion for making a customer successful and has a habit of leaving no stone unturned to meet customer satisfaction goals. Ebrahim has a bachelor's in Computer Science and also runs various special interest .NET technology briefings in Bombay, India.
