FireStorm’s Contract Manager is a dynamic, Web-based module specifically designed to manage Incentive Compensation Agreements. It provides users with a flexible and powerful means to create contracts and other complex documents. In addition, it administers data elements that feed the Compensation Rules Engine while it manages the entire document lifecycle. Features include:
• Creating complex document and data collection templates with rich formatting to include payee profiles, business plans, worksheets and agreements
• Performing automated compensation processing utilizing the FireStorm compensation engine that automatically feeds Incentive Compensation metrics into the FireStorm compensation engine
• Applying templates to payees with full customization
• Generating drafts and managing status and action steps that are routed for approval and made available for on-line acceptance
• Supporting both ‘mail-merge’ extraction of data and the capture of Incentive Compensation metrics
• Distribution through online viewing, email or PDF format allowing payees to log on securely to view their information online
