The Prospecting, Profiling, Planning and Action Tracking module is designed to support the business relationship for producers and payees. When added to Producer/Payee Administration, it serves as a CRM application for the “Producer as Customer.” From initial prospecting through the full life-cycle of the relationship, all pertinent information can be easily and accurately tracked and segmented into specific workflow components. This module is highly configurable, allowing the user to customize it to fit their particular needs. Features include:
• Capturing all initial data during the prospecting phase of negotiating to bringing on board new producers
• Creating unlimited individual or group profiles for producers/payees
• Developing business plans interactively through the rich text document creator. These documents can be used to create forward looking goals and objectives and form a basis for Incentive compensation agreements.
• Establishing goals with action steps and defining follow-up items for each business plan
• Creating call reports with journal, scheduling and tracking capabilities allowing you to monitor your internal team’s ongoing work with the Producer/Payee
• Performing action tracking for support desk workflow management while creating automated triggers for manual intervention that supports customer workflow requirements
• Cataloging maintenance for management of all issues and determining staff responsibilities, status and resolution tracking
• Assigning workflow items with open item alerts at logon
• Online views of all payees and their respective account data
• Explorer view of payee hierarchies with production data and earnings
• Action tracking and problem resolution
• Payee-centric history of all issues, with configurable workflow and alerts
